The Rest of My Vacation

Sorry I haven't updated in a while, but my vacation has been crazy. lol We've been to the San Diego Zoo, the San Diego Zoo's Wild Animal Park, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, Magic Mountain, Hollywood (Rodeo Drive, Walk of Fame, theaters and stuff), Disneyland, California Adventure, and San Francisco. And all I can say is that I really am ready to come home. Ya I can't believe I just said that, but I really do wanna come home. I miss my cats and my friends, and just being in my own house lol. But it's been a good vacation. At Magic Mountain I went on some crazy coasters. One of them was the Superman and it shoots you at 100 mph up a 41 story tower, then drops you down backwards. Another was The Riddler's Revenge and you stand up on it. Ya and it goes upside-down and all it was cool. Oh and on Goliath it drops you at like a 85 degree angle down a 250 ft drop then takes you down like 10 more steep drops. It was crazy. At the Wild Animal Park, we got to see them give the cheetahs a bone. It was so cool. At SeaWorld we saw the awesome Shamu show. I love Shamu. Disney California Adventure has a cool roller coaster called California Screamin and it was fun. It also has the new Toy Story Mania ride thing which is AWESOME!!!!!! It's like 3D and you have a shooter and you "shoot" out 3D objects and knock down 3D targets and stuff. It's awesome! Ok so when we rode the Tower of Terror, the guy who put us in the elevator was hilarious. So he was checking our seatbelts and he was all like "back row, put your hands up and tug on the yellow strap. middle row, put your hand up and tug on the strap. front row, put your hands up, tug on the yellow strap and do the hokey pokey and turn yourselves around" and then he stepped out of the elevator and said "cuz that's what it's all about" in a really creepy voice. so we all started laughing and he was trying so hard not to smile and then he did and we laughed harder and he covered it up by saying "oh sorry. I was just thinking about where you were going" and we all laughed more and then he says "i like to call it my lauging place" and then he did this evil laugh then shut the doors. It was hilarious. It was my funnest ride on that ride ever! The Space Mountain at Disneyland is so cool. They redid it and now you sit next to somebody. It's got cool special effects! And on the Splash Mountain, you sit by yourself like the Space Mountain at Disney World. It's awesome! Oh and there's an Indiana Jones ride that has a huge snake! It's so cool! The fireworks at Disneyland are great! They use songs from the rides and stuff and they have fire and the fireworks go all around main street. They also have these things that spin around and shoot out sparkler things, so they spin around and it's soo cool! We had a great time. And now, we're in San Francisco and we went on that really steep curvy street that's in movies and stuff it's awesome. But I don't really like it here. It has too many people and smells like fish lol So now, I just wanna go home. I'm leaving tomorrow, and getting home Saturday! I'm so excited! Oh and when I get home, my Aunt Kim, Uncle Jim, and cousin Daniel are visiting. Uncle Jim is a little weird, but Aunt Kim totally spoils me. lol So I'll see ya'll back home! Woo!

The Start of my Vacation! (lots of pics)

Ok so this post has a lot of pics. I'll list what they are in order, but I think they'll be above what I'm writing. So you'll just have to read and I'll say what the pics are in order and you go up and look at them. lol that was confusing. So we started our vacation on July 11th, 2008. First we stopped in Vegas. We went to M&M World, rode the crazy coaster on top of the New York, New York hotel, watched the fountains dance at the Bellagio 3 times to music lol, and went shopping a lot. Oh and we went to the Secret Garden, which is a fancy zoo for rare animals, and saw white tigers, white striped tigers, a leopard, and white lions. We also saw 5 baby tiger cubs. 2 white, 2 white striped, and a golden. They were so cute! We stayed at the all new Planet Hollywood resort on The Strip and our room got upgraded to one that was a bigger suite (it was like 10o sq ft bigger than a regular room) with a fancy bathroom. I'll post those pics on my next post, though, which I promise will be soon, but right now I have to leave to go to Universal Studios! I'll also post San Diego Zoo pics.

MY NEW HAIRCUT!!!!!!!!!

OMG!!!!! So this is just gonna be a short post, because it's late and stuff but...I finally got a new haircut!!!! Here's a pic but it's not that great...I love it! I got a straightener that'll straighten it like that and I can also leave it curly! I think it looks great! Leave a comment and tell me what you think!

Start of Summer

So I'll start off by saying how much I hate the frickin school board for making us go back to school earlier that usual. And all we get is a few more days off in the middle of the year. I would much rather have a longer summer. Grrr... Anyway so far my summer has been absolutely amazing and somewhat boring lol. I went to Water World with Katie and Shannon and we had sooo much fun! We got to climb a rock wall with the National Guard and they were sooo funny! (you don't have time?) (OMG they killed Katie!) lol And then they dragged me on the dinosaur ride. I hate that one! I closed my eyes through the whole thing. lol Katie was all like "You'll be soo happy if you just leave your eyes open for once" and I was all like "I did the 1st time I rode it and that's why I don't anymore" lol We had an amazing time! And earlier this summer I went to Shannon's scavenger hunt bday party! Me and Katie were so sure we were gonna win, but we came in last. lol So we blame that on the fact that our clues were all messed up. lol Then we played Bigger or Better! That was sooo much fun! Some cool guy gave us a huge piece of wood (ok that doesn't sound right). lol So we were gonna knock the other team out if they got anything bigger or better than that. lol It was great. And then I had a party at my house with Katie, Courtney Lemmon, Anna, and my friend Kayleigh who was visiting from Tennessee! We had sooo much fun! We played Wii, then we swam at like 12 at night lol and heard some freaky noise lol and then we watched the Simpsons Movie. Everybody but Courtney stayed the night. Then last Friday, me and Katie and Shannon had our Lord of the Rings sleepover. Ya they were kinda confused about everything, so we just ended up taking pics of all the hot guys in the movies. Who can't resist a hot blonde elf? lol And we got into a rice krispie fight. I totally won. And me and Katie had these amazing pancake things for breakfast! Stupid Shannon had to leave early...Grrr... lol And Katie's basement is sooo amazing! Me and Shannon are gonna like go over there every weekend and live in there. lol She had these amazing drinks called Orangina and they rocked! Snaps for Orangina! This week has been pretty fun too. Monday night me and Jay went swimming and then we hung out with Sean, and his friend whose name I can't remember. lol Then my bro split his heel open and had to go and get 5 stitches. We were at the hospital until 12:45 that night. Ya I was sooo tired the next morning. And then last night there were these foxes in my yard so my family and the Rocks were all outside talking and looking at them and then everybody went in except for me and Jay and we were just sitting on the grass talking. He really is nice when he's not around his obnoxious friends. lol Ooh! And I'm going to Cali and Vegas in 15 days! Yay!

A Great Week

So, just because Katie and Shannon say that they think I'm sad cuz the last 3 titles are Bored, Depressed, and I Think I'm Dead, I titled this one with a happy title. But it really was a good week. Yesterday in science, we got to eat Liquid Nitrogen. It was awesome! Smoke came out of your nose and mouth! But it burned my tongue for the rest of the day. Shannon has finally arranged her bday party. Me and Katie r on a team. We are so gonna win! Everybody else, prepare to get your asses kicked. lol Umm...I went shopping 2day and I got a super cute swimsuit from Aero for $20. It was usually $52. It's orange and pink with hibiscus flowers. I also got a polo from Aero! So now me and Katie can wear our polos together with the collars popped. lol I've always wanted to do that. I got the cutest board shorts from Roxy last weekend. They're white, with stripes of different colors on the side and the word Roxy written on the back in blue. They're so cute! Yay 4 Roxy! Umm...I can't really remember wat else happened this week. But I do remember that it was good! lol

Bored

Well, not much has happened in the past week. I had my MRI on Friday and it was alright. I watched Mickey's Christmas 2! Yay! But I won't know the results until tomorrow afternoon when I go to the neurologist. Yeah. Then me and Skye, bro and his friends, dad and uncle JD went to the Frozen Four Skills Challenge and sat in a suite and got free food! Yay! We did the chicken dance and sang and screamed really loud! It was super fun! And then on Saturday I went to the mall and got 2 pairs of Bermuda shorts, a skirt, a tank top, eyeshadow, and some Victoria's Secret lip gloss. It's pink lemonade flavor! Yay! And then we went to this amazing Chinese restaurant for dinner and when I got home, I watched The Lion King! Finally! It's so amazing. But yeah, I found all these old Disney classics I never knew we had in this big basket. It was awesome! But today, I'm just being bored. My life is very boring at the moment. Oh yeah, we're gonna probably go to the Bahamas over next Spring Break and stay at...(drumroll please) ATLANTIS!!!!! WOOHOO!!! Yeah, if we can get in there, we're definitely gonna go! Yay! And this summer we're going to California and maybe Vegas. Yeah, so that's cool. But other than that, my life has been pretty boring this past week.

Depressed

So I'm very sorry that I haven't updated in a long time, but I'm a very busy person. lol So I can't remember all the small funny moments that have happened since I updated last, but I do remember the big moments. So I went to Aspen twice. We lost the playoffs, but we still got to play 2 games. But I LOVE that town! It's so cute! And it has great shopping! I got an outfit from Roxy and a purse from Billabong (just ask Shannon, it's really cute) But we went to an awesome restaurant where I got to make my own pizza. Yeah I got to put all the stuff on it and they took it and cooked it. It was the yummiest pizza ever!! In Aspen, you can just like step off the slopes, take your skis off, go shopping, and then go skiing. It's so cool! We're gonna go back this summer maybe! Yeah, so then I went to Disney World for 9 days! It was amazing! Our hotel was so cool! It had an automatic spinning door! Yeah, it was the best vacation ever. But as you all know, when I come back from vacation I get depressed. So I made it 8 days without crying and I was happy. But today I had a breakdown and Katie had me write a list of everything I love. But only 7 of those things were here in Colorado so I was just about crying because almost everything I love is in Disney World and I miss it. What was making me not be sad when I first got back was that I knew that I was gonna go back in the near future because we have a timeshare down there that's like 2 seconds away from Disney World and we go there just about every year and that I have my family and friends here and I love them and am happy when I'm with them. And I'm gonna go on vacation for 2 weeks in July and we might go to California and go to Disneyland, California Adventure, Magic Mountain, Knott's Berry Farm, San Francisco, Seaworld, Rodeo (or however u spell it) Drive, and the San Diego Zoo. That would be so much fun! I think we're probably gonna go there, but I can't say for sure. There's so many places to go and we wanna trade our timeshare weeks to go somewhere nice! And for Spring Break we might go to Hawaii! But I don't know yet. But I'm gonna go to Disney World in 2009! Even if my parents don't want to I'm gonna go because I can hardly stand being away from it for a week, let alone a year. So yeah, I realized how boring my life is. I mean every day is the same all the time. I need some change and that's why I love vacations. But there's only 80 more days till' my next vacation and I will only take 45 more showers until then. And I will go to the orthodontist once, get my hair cut once or twice, get my nails done once, and get my eyebrows waxed 4 times until then. That's how much I look forward to vacations. Just imagine how hard it is for me to go 8 months without one! But hockey and Christmas and my birthday help pass the time between July and March. And there's little hockey trips to Santa Fe, Steamboat, and Telluride too. But coming back from a vacation is just plain hard for me. So everybody should know that I am trying my best to stay strong during this hard time, but it's getting difficult. I am trying to stay happy but sometimes, it's too hard. But if I have fun things to occupy me I get better faster and the time passes quicker. And it doesn't help that I have to get an MRI on Friday. Darn.
